Koi Export Brand wins a Printing Industries Craftsmanship Award
Local Graphic Design Firm, John Jewell Design, Recognised with a Gold Medal at Recent National Industry Awards
Albury design firm, John Jewell Design, who focus on Global Wine Branding, has won a gold medal at the PICA Printing Awards held recently at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
Graphic designer Megan McPherson, from John Jewell Design, created the award winning ‘Koi’ Shiraz wine label for a client in Guangzhou, China. The striking, contemporary label design, which featured a unique die cut shape and fine art illustration, was entered in the Roll Fed Labels category and was printed by Studio Labels, Adelaide. This outstanding label was printed on a Gallus EM 280 press, using Mirrorkote C58 paper stock and high build screen inks.
